Frank Gullo

Frank Gullo is a science fiction author and technology executive based in Buffalo, New York. His fiction has been published since the mid-1990s, including his first paid story in 1997 and The Anachronism — the original version of Only Human — published by Deepwood Publishing in 2013. His writing has also appeared in Business Insider, Computerworld, The Good Men Project, Reworked, and elsewhere.

He is currently expanding the Only Human universe with Only Human: BOUND, Tan Solo Humano, Passing Judgement, and Still Human, a novel-length sequel to Only Human. Publishing, screen, and media rights across these properties are available.

Only Human was written entirely before commercial AI tools existed — a detail that has only grown more meaningful as the universe expands into the very questions those tools now raise. For more recent work, Frank uses AI as an editorial assistant while retaining full creative control.
